Schertler’s bridge-mounted STAT-C is perfect for cellists performing in loud musical environments. Designed to bring out the richness of the instrument’s lower register, it also produces clarity in the higher ranges. STAT-C is remarkable for its high resistance to feedback, making it an ideal system for rock, jazz or fusion performances with high levels of amplification. It also works very effectively with signal processors and effects units. STAT-C-ROAD includes the contact microphone, putty, cable and Schertler’s sophisticated YELLOW BLENDER preamp with regulated AC power supply. The preamp enables players to control a range of parameters including gain, EQ and resonance.
